If you're wanting to join our BETA program, please read the information below carefully before installing or using our BETA software.

Device Requirements:

Operating System: macOS High Sierra (or above)
RAM: 4GB (or above)
Screen Resolution: 1200 x 800 (or higher)

License Requirements:

Pro License - You can test all features excluding Team Workspaces.
Team License - You can test all features

Possible Risks / Damages:

(advisable to use a device dedicated to testing)
Note the below may never happen, however this is BETA software so be prepared for the worst!

Things can go wrong (or even very wrong), so be prepared to:
- Restore backups to files / folders on either local or remote
- Re-install the app if it becomes unresponsive or crashes
- Create a new account if the existing one becomes unusable
- Re-create or re-sync connections, snippets, etc
- Redefine your preferences / settings
You could become temporarily blocked from a service if requests or connections are repeatedly created in a manor that causes you to become blocked or similar.
If you're using mobile data, your data could unexpectedly be used up.
Your OS could require a re-install (if things go very wrong - its never happened but still a possible risk)
Hardware issues causing temperatures to rise or get hot on your device (or even damaged)
Hardware failures such as but not limited to: HDD, SSD, GPU, CPU, etc.

Technical Support:

There will not be any technical support available for our BETA releases, however you can freely provide feedback on our BETA software.

Feedback:

You can provide us with feedback on our BETA releases via our dedicated Feedback section on our app or you can share your feedback by posting individual issues on our community forums.

Account:

You can create a new "test" account and contact us with your test account email so we can apply your license on both accounts.
